A lot of bboys get it in their elbows from doing crazy air freezes or elbow tracks or whatever it is your doing on elbows. I don't rock knee pads. Never liked pads. I felt like I was doing a sport than dancing but now it might change how I feel. I love my body so I want to keep it intact for as long as possible and be able to dance as long as I live. That's what I want but reality may be different. So I believe in myself. So if anyone has suggestions on what to do please holler. I would love to get this taken care of as soooooooon as possible. I got a big battle this weekend in philly. The redemption and then the biggest battle BC One. Sooo any advice would help. And once I get it taken care of I'll let you know what I did. Iiiiiight.
