A lil inspiration

This is for all the bboys who hold back, including myself. Why do we
hold back if we are capable of so much more. Why don't we push
ourselves beyond the limit. If we don't then aren't we wasting our
talent? Some food for thought. 2010 baby! Let's do this!

    I say this to myself every session LOL if u ask the cats I sesseion with they know I always tell "go all out". Atlas true aggressions crew
